Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Chapter 4 of Title 10.1 a section numbered 10.1-418.2 as follows:

§ 10.1-418.2. Meherrin River State Scenic River.

The Meherrin River within Brunswick County, a distance of approximately 37 miles, is hereby designated a component of the Virginia Scenic Rivers System.
