Summary
Credit unions; minors' accounts. Authorizes credit
unions to take actions with respect to share accounts of a minor on the order of the minor. The minor's parent or guardian will
not have the power to withdraw or transfer shares in such an account unless the
minor has notified the credit union to accept the signature of the parent or
