Description

Provisional driver's licenses; restriction on using cellular phones and wireless devices. Places a restriction on persons with provisional driver's license from using a cellular phone or other wireless device while driving on the highways of the Commonwealth. The bill also removes a subsection that makes offenses in the rest of the section secondary offenses, which would make all offenses in this section primary offenses. Read the Bill »
