Summary

Penalty for possession of controlled substances.  Provides that any person who is convicted of a felony violation of possession of a controlled substance shall be punished by a mandatory minimum term of confinement of 45 days and shall be ordered by the court to undergo drug education and rehabilitation during his term of confinement.   View Full Text »
