Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That the third enactment of Chapter 822 of the Acts of Assembly of 2004 is amended and reenacted as follows:

3.  That the provisions of this act establishing the authority and requirements for the purchase of general liability or medical malpractice insurance shall be effective July 1, 2006 2007.
