Summary

Conveyance of certain real property to a nonmunicipal entity; City of Hampton.  Provides that the conveyance of a portion of the Carousel Site to a nonmunicipal entity does not constitute a violation of the restrictions established by the Virginia Outdoors Fund Grant Program so long as the purpose of such conveyance is to enhance the public recreational facilities currently on the Carousel Site.   View Full Text »
