Description
Employment of illegal aliens; cause of action. Provides that a business has a cause of action against any other entity in the same business if the other entity employs or employed persons it knew or should have known were illegal aliens who are ineligible for employment in the United States. In addition to economic damages, the plaintiff may recover $500 for each such illegal alien employed by the defendant. Read the Bill »
