Summary

Subaqueous permits.  Exempts (i) finger piers of up to five feet in width, (ii) L or T head platforms and appurtenant floating dock platforms of up to 400 square feet, and (iii) open-sided shelter roofs and gazebo-type platforms if allowed by local ordinances, that extend over state-owned, subaqueous lands from having to obtain a permit from the Virginia Marine Resources Commission.   View Full Text »
