Summary

Virginia Residential Property Disclosure Act; disclosure of resource protection areas.  Provides that the owner of residential real property makes no representation whether the property is located in any resource protection areas or other environmentally protected zones that are subject to governmental regulation.  The bill requires the notice to advise purchasers to use whatever due diligent to determine if the property is located in such an area, including review of any official maps.   View Full Text »
