Summary
Approval of teacher education programs. Prohibits the
Board of Education from conditioning full approval of teacher education
programs provided by an institution of higher education on (i) the number of
students in individual licensure programs, such as, but not limited to, prekindergarten-three,
Spanish, music education, high school physics, or other disciplines, or (ii)
