Summary

School crisis, emergency management, and medical emergency response plan; required.  Requires each school to implement a "medical emergency response plan" as part of their school crisis and emergency management plan. The Department of Education must provide assistance in the development of the plan in coordination with local emergency medical services providers, the training of school personnel and students to respond to a life-threatening emergency, and the equipment required for this emergency response.
