RESOLVED by the Senate, the House of Delegates concurring, That the General Assembly confirm the following appointment by the Senate Committee on Rules to the Board of Directors of the Virginia Commonwealth University Health System Authority pursuant to § 23-50.16:5 of the Code of Virginia:
The Honorable Benjamin J. Lambert III, 904 North First Street, Richmond, Virginia 23219, for a term of three years ending June 30, 2008, to succeed The Honorable William T. Bolling.
