Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. Special license plates for supporters of 9-1-1 communications professionals.

On receipt of an application therefor, the Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles, subject to the requirements of § 46.2-725 of the Code of Virginia, shall issue special license plates to supporters of 9-1-1 communications professionals.
