Definition of "disabled veteran" for purposes of Title 46.2 (Motor Vehicles). Provides that, for purposes of Title 46.2 (Motor Vehicles), a veteran will be considered a "disabled veteran" if he is certified as being at least 50% disabled by the U.S. Veterans Administration. View Full Text »
