Summary

Harvest quota on menhaden; penalty. Establishes an annual menhaden harvest quota of 109,020 metric tons and allows for a credit to be applied in the following year if the actual harvest does not meet the harvest quota. Any violation of the harvest quota shall be a Class 1 misdemeanor, which is consistent with violations of other menhaden-related provisions in Chapter 4.   View Full Text »
