Description

Minimum wage. Increases the minimum wage for persons age 19 or older from its current federally mandated level of $5.15 per hour to $6.00 per hour effective July 1, 2007, to $6.45 per hour effective July 1, 2008, and to $7.00 per hour effective July 1, 2009, unless a higher minimum wage is required by the federal Fair Labor Standards Act.   View Full Text »
