A BILL to amend and reenact Chapter 3 of the 2006 Acts of Assembly, Special Session I, as amended by Chapter 10 of the 2006 Acts of Assembly, Special Session I, which appropriated the public revenues and provided a portion of such revenues for the two years ending, respectively, on the thirtieth day of June 2007, and the thirtieth day of June 2008.
