Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding a section numbered 54.1-2920.1, as follows:

§ 54.1-2920.1. Information to complaining parties.

The Board shall provide the time and place of a formal proceeding to be held in accordance with the Administrative Process Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.) and a description of the findings and any statutory or regulatory sections and records or other evidence considered in reaching such decision to any party registering a complaint.
