Description

Traffic light signal violation-enforcement program; local ordinances. Allows local governing bodies to adopt ordinances providing for a traffic light signal violation-enforcement program. Penalties for violations are capped at $50. Amends § 15.2-968.1, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
