Summary

Consent revocation period for parental placement adoptions.  Removes the provision that prohibits a consenting birth parent from withdrawing an executed consent to parental placement adoption once the child is 10 days old. The bill also changes from 10 to seven days the time during which consent is revocable.   View Full Text »
