Summary

Home Energy Assistance Program.  Reduces the frequency of the reports required from the Department of Social Services regarding the effectiveness of low-income energy assistance programs in the Commonwealth. Currently, reports are due by October 1 of each year until October 1, 2007, on which date the reporting requirement is scheduled to cease. The measure provides that after October 1, 2007, reports will be due biennially.   View Full Text »
