Summary

Five dollar court fee to increase pay of magistrates.  Provides that any county or city may, by ordinance, assess a sum of no more than $5 as part of the costs in any criminal or traffic case in which the defendant is convicted of a violation of any statute or ordinance. Proceeds of these assessments shall be used to supplement the fixed compensation of magistrates.   View Full Text »
