Summary
Driver's licenses; extension of period of validity.
Grants to employees of the U.S. Department of Defense and contractors with the
U.S. Department of Defense, the armed services, and the U.S. diplomatic
services extensions of the period of validity of their driver's licenses while
serving or providing services under contract outside the Commonwealth. The bill
also requires DMV to enable persons who would qualify for these extensions to
notify DMV through DMV's website of their likely period of service outside the
