Description
Secondary system highways. Prohibits taking additional streets into the state secondary highway system on or after January 1, 2008, unless they are within an area subject to control by a homeowners association. Amends § 33.1-67, § 33.1-69, § 33.1-72.1, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
