HB1754: Transportation funds; VDOT to publish annually in hard copy and in electronic format list thereof.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That the Code of Virginia is amended by adding in Article 15 of Chapter 1 of Title 33.1 a section numbered 33.1-223.2:17 as follows:
§ 33.1-223.2:17. Publication of funds for transportation.
The Virginia Department of Transportation shall annually publish in hard copy and in electronic format on its website a list of all funds used in the Commonwealth for transportation purposes and the source of such funds, including federal, state, and local sources.
