Summary

Medical records; itemized list of charges; no fee. Provides that a party can request and the facility shall produce, if available, an itemized list of charges and such facility shall not charge a copying fee. Also allows for a record to be produced as PDF file and a maximum $10 search and handling fee. View Full Text »
