Description

Board for Architects, Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, Certified Interior Designers and Landscape Architects; powers; cease and desist orders; civil penalty. Authorizes the Board for Architects, Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, Certified Interior Designers and Landscape Architects to issue cease and desist orders for unlicensed activity. The bill provides for a right of appeal of the Board's issuance of such an order and specifies the civil penalty. Amends § 54.1-402.2, of the Code of Virginia. View Full Text »
