Summary
Safety inspection; exemptions. Provides that periodic safety inspection requirements do not apply to Virginia-registered vehicles (i) owned in full by an active duty military service member, activated reservist, or temporarily mobilized reserve or national guard member stationed or living outside Virginia or (ii) jointly owned by an active duty military service member, activated reservist, or temporarily mobilized reserve or national guard member stationed or living outside Virginia and a dependent.
