Summary
Possession of marijuana on school grounds. Punishes the possession of marijuana on school grounds or on a school bus as a Class 1 misdemeanor. Currently the offense generally is punishable by a $500 fine and 30 days in jail.

Comments
The language includes public and private two or four year college campuses in the definition of "school grounds". Get ready for even more crowded jails.
The inclusion of college campuses is simply dumbfounding? My only comment is I just don't get it!
