Summary
Agent's fee for saltwater fishing licenses. Sets the commission fee for license agents who sell the saltwater recreational fishing license and the special combined sportfishing license at an amount equivalent to the amount established by the Board of Game and Inland Fisheries for agents who sell licenses by electronic or computerized means.
