Summary
Administrative Process Act; economic impact analysis of
regulations to be provided to members of the General Assembly. Requires
the Department of Planning and Budget to deliver a copy of its economic impact
analysis to each member of the General Assembly, in addition to the agency
drafting the regulation, and the Registrar for publication with the proposed
regulation.
