Summary
Parking; VDOT commuter parking lots. Provides that
parking a vehicle in a VDOT-owned commuter parking lot in a way not in
conformance with posted signs and pavement markings is a traffic infraction.
Enforcement of the provisions of the bill are to be a responsibility of the
Department of State Police.
