Summary
Tangible personal property; classifications.
Establishes a separate class of tangible personal property for aircraft that
are (i) at least 50 years old and (ii) used only for (a) exhibit or display to
the general public or (b) air show and flight demonstrations. Aircraft used
for commercial or private general transportation would not be included in this
new class of property.
