Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. Regulation of parasail operators.

The Virginia Marine Resources Commission shall promulgate regulations applicable to the commercial operations of parasail operators on waters of the Commonwealth. Such regulations shall be consistent with the operating standards and guidelines of the Professional Association of Parasail Operators.
