Summary
Advisory Council on Career and Technical Education; sunset.
Extends the sunset for the Advisory Council on Career and Technical Education
until July 1, 2012. The bill repeals the second enactment clause of the Act
creating the Council that set the original sunset date of July 1, 2007.
