Summary

District court appeal bond; juvenile courts. Provides that in appeals from district court decisions, including juvenile and domestic relations district court decisions, where an appeal bond is required, the failure to post such a bond or to cure defects or irregularities in a posted bond will result in withdrawal of the appeal. This bill is a recommendation of the Boyd Graves Conference.
