Summary
Law-enforcement escorts. Provides that any federal,
state, or local law-enforcement vehicle used in conducting a funeral escort,
wide load escort, dignitary escort, or any other escort shall be considered an
emergency vehicle and is exempt from obeying certain regulations such as speed
limit and traffic signals and signs.
