Summary

Prohibition on construction of private wells.  Prohibits the construction of private wells within 50 feet of the property line adjacent to agricultural property. The State Health Department is required before issuing a permit to obtain written affirmation from the applicant that the well construction site is in compliance with the provisions this bill.
