Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1 That the Interstate 77 bridge over U.S. Route 58 in Carroll County is hereby designated the "Charles B. Morris Memorial Bridge."  The Department of Transportation, at the request of the local governing body, shall place and maintain appropriate signs indicating the designation of this bridge.  The cost and installation of such signs shall be reimbursed by the local governing body to the Virginia Department of Transportation.  This designation shall not affect any other designation heretofore or hereafter applied to this bridge or any portion thereof.
