Summary
Pro Hac Vice Fund; out-of-state-attorneys. Establishes
the Pro Hac Vice Fund as a special, nonreverting fund comprised of fees
collected for applications to associate counsel (out-of-state attorneys).
Moneys in the Fund are to be used by the Supreme Court for improving the
administration of justice. The fee, under new Rule 1A:4, will be $250.
