Summary

Fertility treatments; disclosure required of egg donors.  Requires physicians to disclose to any woman donating ova for use by another person all known risks of such donation, including (i) risks associated with the administration of ovulation stimulation drugs and (ii) risks associated with the harvesting of the ova. Also prohibits the anonymous donation of gametes for use in the treatment of infertility.

Section C (No anonymous donation of gametes shall be allowed for use in any procedure for the treatment of infertility pursuant to this section.) does not seem clear to me. By "anonymous donation" does he mean that the Donnor would be disclosed to the patient? The above sections seem to imply that the donnor could not be very anonymous to the physician.
