Summary
Adjustment or relocation of billboard signs. Provides
that the owner of a billboard situated on land acquired due to widening,
construction, or reconstruction by purchase or by exercise of eminent domain
may relocate the billboard to another location on the same property and may
adjust the height or angle of the billboard.
