Summary

Elections; voter registration records; authorize matching with lists of other states.  Authorizes State Board of Elections to sell voter lists to other states with protections for privacy of voter social security numbers. Authorizes cancellation of voter registration based on information from registration officials of other states. Makes conforming changes to sections referring to social security numbers to prohibit disclosure of parts of numbers.
