Summary

Alcoholic beverage control; mixed beverage licenses.  Authorizes the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to grant a mixed beverage license to any establishment located on property consisting of at least 10,000 acres and operated as a resort located in any county with a population between 19,200 and 19,500 (Primland Resort in Patrick County).
