Summary

Radford University; board of visitors. Expands the number of members to be appointed by the Governor to the Radford University board of visitors from 11 to 15 and provides that appointments for the new seats are either three or four year terms, but that all successors must be appointed for four year terms. The bill also removes obsolete language.
