Summary
Uniform Trust Code; charitable trusts; public
notice. Provides that notice by publication shall be given to
the general public when there is a court proceeding to modify or terminate
a charitable trust or to sell its real estate, in order to give members
of the public the opportunity to share their views with the Attorney
General. Failure to give notice is not jurisdictional but gives the
Attorney General the right to reopen the proceeding for one year following
entry of final judgment.
