Summary
Claims; Anna Malenick Evans. Provides relief in the amount of $86,402.36 to Anna Malenick Evans for damages that she incurred related to the replacement of a septic system. Virginia Department of Transportation contractors damaged the system when they drove heavy machinery across its drain lines. In addition, Ms. Evans asserts that the Prince William County Health Department failed to timely notify her of problems with the septic system.
