Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. That the state park encompassing 1,248 acres situated on the north shore of Smith Mountain Lake in Bedford County, which was opened to the public in 1983 as Smith Mountain Lake State Park, shall hereinafter be named A. Victor Thomas-Smith Mountain Lake State Park.
