Summary
Water systems; chronically noncompliant systems. Requires the Board of Health to promulgate regulations for the implementation of a program to (i) identify chronically noncompliant water systems and (ii) create mechanisms or enforcement options, in addition to the remedies provided in § 32.1-27, for eliminating underperforming systems. In defining "chronically noncompliant water systems" the Board shall consider the criteria in the receivership section of this title.
