Summary

Management of funds for a joint school; fiscal agent. Authorizes the participating school boards of a joint school, including academic year Governor's Schools operated by two or more school divisions, to select the fiscal agent for the joint school from among the treasurers of the participating localities. The participating school boards must agree and the respective local governing bodies must approve any such selection.
